OVERVIEW

Every single TRAPO car mat is exclusively tailored made to fulfil your requirement. Please allow 5 days to prepare your customized TRAPO before we send it off. Your order will be shipped via registered postage and a tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a notification card advising you how you can arrange for re-delivery or retrieve the parcel at the nearest delivery office.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for West Malaysia and your order will be sent out via DHL / GDEX  express in most instances. For East Malaysia, there will be a flaterate of RM15.00 and your order will be sent out via GDEX. Your order should reach you within approximately 5-9 working days (West Malaysia) or 7-12 working days (East Malaysia) and a signature may be required on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order, you will need the tracking number that we sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email.
Local Delivery: You can track your order here by entering your tracking code when prompted.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
